We are based at The Loft: Space @, 226 Park View, Whitley Bay (NE26 3QR). While we proudly support small businesses across Whitley Bay, North Tyneside, Northumberland, and the wider North East region, we also deliver online workshops, 1:1 consultancy, and audits for clients remotely across the UK.

H Social provides full-service social media management, bespoke digital marketing strategy and consultancy, 1:1 Power Hours, social media audits, and in-person or online workshops. Led by strategic lead Helen Arnold, our team handles everything from content creation and visual styling to public relations and paid campaign strategy.
What is included in your monthly Social Media Management packages?
Our monthly management packages (including Brand Awareness and Growth tiers) take the weight off your shoulders. We handle strategy planning, on-brand graphics and caption creation, posting, community engagement, performance reporting, and local influencer collaborations to keep your brand visible and growing consistently.
What is a Social Media Power Hour and who is it for?
A Power Hour is a focused, 60-minute 1:1 session (available on Zoom or in-person in Whitley Bay) with founder Helen Arnold for £125. It’s ideal if you need quick clarity, help with content ideas, profile optimization, or strategic advice on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn without committing to long-term management.
Do you offer training if we want to manage our social media in-house?
Yes! We run regular small-group workshops both online and in-person across North Tyneside and Northumberland (including Whitley Bay, Morpeth, Hexham, and Alnwick). These hands-on training sessions cover Instagram Reels, bio optimization, algorithm changes, and LinkedIn brand positioning to help you manage your platforms with confidence.
